A brand is a brand is a brand
Forget about the logo, the office address, the packaging.. Make sure you work on how you or your company will be perceived by your customer. Perception is so much more important that reality and facts. At the end of the day it is the customer’s perception of you that will form your BRAND.
Markets are conversations dammit.
People now make buying decisions based on a brand’s ability to talk back to them, to build relationship and foster trust. More than half of all purchasing decisions are made on peer recommendation (two-way communication) instead of advertising (one way communication). So it stands to reason that if you want to be visible in the digital space, the adage “he who shouts loudest gets heard” is a fallacy. It is now “he who is more visible through interaction” is the one who gets all the attention.
